I don\’t think you can get easier than this! It also looks amazing for when you are entertaining and it involves very little effort…
You need:
- Mushrooms
- Basil pesto.
Method:
- Remove the mushroom root and simply add basil pesto into the mushroom head
- Add edible flowers or parsley and a small amount of paprika for decorative purposes
