This is a low carb, healthy dessert perfect for Summer days. Indulge in this guilt-free treat.

You need:

  • 3 tbsp gelatine powder
  • 8 tbsp sweeto (green/red)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 6 cups cold water

Directions: Mix together and stall. Eat the jelly with 175 ml yoghurt
