Shiitake Onion Soup
Something Different But So Tasty And Healthy
Thinly Slice All Vegetables
1 cup shitake mushrooms
1 red onion
3 white onions
1 leek
1 celery stalk
1 carrot
½ cup fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 litres water
Combine all ingredients.
Bring to A boil and set to simmer for 30 minutes.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with cheese.
