Berry Smoothie

This mouth-watering smoothie is a great treat for breakfast. Especially for those people who need an on-the-go hunger buster.
You need:
- ½ cup of frozen/ fresh strawberries & berries
- 250ml skim milk
- 175 ml of plain
- low fat yoghurt
- 50g almonds
Method:
- Mix everything together in a blender
