Over the past twenty years Helen has witnessed thousands of people attend her workshops, courses and sessions showing symptoms of nervous tension, for example: erratic emotions, cycling thoughts,  stiff muscles, IBS and other gut issues, dysfunction in physical systems, relationship turmoil and mental deterioration.

During this time Helen has formulated a protocol to assist the mental and physical body to unwind, relax and live more easily.  She will be sharing part of this formula in the workshop:

Herbal Help

Herbs are plants with medicinal, culinary and aromatic properties. Those that comply with all 3 are mostly safe to use every day. Those with only medicinal properties like St John’s Wort for mild depression, should be used under the supervision of a health practitioner with experience in herbal medicine.

Having said that, there are so many herbs that can be safely used every day to support your whole body and mind to cope better with stress.

These would include well known herbs and spices to use in your salads, stews and basically all your food, such as garlic, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, basil, sage and many more.

Lion’s mane and Ginkgo biloba are exceptions even though it is mainly medicinal, it can be used safely as a general herb to use for memory, concentration, immune system and heart health  and for mild depression and high blood pressure. Come learn more!

Dr Arien and Helen will teach you how to choose oils and Bach Flower Remedies to balance your mood.

We invite you to join us! It’s time to relax and unwind.

Come rest a while in peace and

quiet listening while calming and centering your body and mind.
