Tzatziki

Tzatziki is an easy, carb clever recipe that can be a dip or dressing for many meals. For example: you can eat it with crudités as a snack or use it in your low carb cauliflower wraps. Cucumber is a natural way of reducing water retention.  

Diet stage: start-up, follow-up and maintenance

Serving size: 4

You need:

  • 1 cup full/double cream yoghurt
  • 1x cucumber (seeded, grated and drained)
  • 2x garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
  • Mixed herbs, salt and pepper (to taste)

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients together, chill and enjoy!
