Tzatziki
Tzatziki is an easy, carb clever recipe that can be a dip or dressing for many meals. For example: you can eat it with crudités as a snack or use it in your low carb cauliflower wraps. Cucumber is a natural way of reducing water retention.

You need:
- 1 cup full/double cream yoghurt
- 1x cucumber (seeded, grated and drained)
- 2x garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
- Mixed herbs, salt and pepper (to taste)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together, chill and enjoy!
